Senior People Experience Manager
🤔 About the Role:
As the Senior People Experience Manager at Suvera you will play a critical role in ensuring that our employees have a positive and fulfilling work experience.Â
You will oversee the entire employee lifecycle, from onboarding to development and retention, and champion a culture of employee engagement and well-being. This is especially important as we are a scaling organisation who will continue to change and evolve. Navigating this change in a positive and inclusive way is an important part of our people experience.
Some of our current and upcoming key projects will focus on embedding a performance development framework, revamping our onboarding experience and setting up line managers, both experienced and first time managers, with success with relevant training and guidance. Experience in any of these areas would be an advantage.Â
The role will cover people operations and partnering with our people managers to help them effectively coach and manage their teams in areas such as performance and progression.
You will take ownership of Hibob (HRIS) with a focus on developing the system to be our central source of truth which will be supported by our People Coordinator. We are an agile team so you will have the opportunity to create and build upon existing policy & processes & to help us deliver a great, inclusive people experience.
Success in this role will be measured by improved employee satisfaction, positive feedback, and active engagement of management in the people experience.
This role will report to the Head of People and will be compensated with a base salary between £50,000 - £65,000 depending on experience and qualifications. This is a hybrid role with an expectation of spending 1-2 days in our London office per week, based in Liverpool Street

We partner with general practices in the UK to deliver a virtual clinic that proactively supports the management of patients with long-term conditions. đź’» What you'll be doing :
Develop and implement strategies to enhance the employee experience and align it with our company’s values and business strategy
You will have ownership over key people initiatives with a continuous improvement and user centred approach to ensure best practice.
Design and deliver impactful people-related projects across the employee lifecycle, ensuring they are well-adapted for relevant business areas.
Ensure that people initiatives are well-communicated, successfully landing within the organisation, and regularly review their success.
You will have a lot of autonomy to execute your role with plenty of support along the way. The team are always open to new ways of working if it helps our people do their best work
Encourage the business to consistently consider the impact on the people experience when making decisions.
Create effective ways to gather feedback from employees, such as surveys and focus groups, and analyse results to inform and influence decisions.
Create a culture of trust and high psychological safety, and a feedback culture that supports personal development
Analyse data and insights to provide informed recommendations and contribute to evidence-based decision-making.
Actively contribute to the ongoing development and delivery of the People Strategy, aligning initiatives with broader organisational goals.
You'll manage employee relations, providing expert support and recommending appropriate actions to address queries or problems. Proactively reviewing data to spot employee relations trends and suggest solutions, coaching Managers to tackle issues early on.

You are a real consultative problem solver, not afraid to experiment and have the ability to emphasise with the end user of our people products.
You are an expert at managing projects end to end in an agile way, defining a problem statement to establish a plan, ensuring we have metrics as measures for success and building continuous feedback into your work.
You have a strong HR Generalist background with a modern and forward thinking approach to creating the best people experience.
Should have:
- 5 years+ of HR experience, with demonstrable experience in managing the people experience successfully with positive outcomes
- Experience working in a growing organisation, ideally growing somewhere in the region of 100 - 500
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to identify and implement process improvements.
- Experienced in crafting and implementing people-centric solutions tailored to diverse audiences.
- Experience working collaboratively with multiple stakeholders, taking initiative to move projects forward, with a solution-oriented mindset.
- Bringing a wealth of generalist HR experience, including investigations and case management
- Business acumen: ability to understand external trends and market insights and apply them to business strategy and align HR in an impactful and people focused way
- Data literacy: ability to read, apply, create and translate and communicate data to influence business decisions and action
- Digital mindset: adopts digital HR solutions to create a memorable people experience and ability to leverage technology to drive value at scale
- People advocacy: ability to build organisational cultures and workplaces where people can belong, to facilitate open communication, navigate change and ensure the business acts in an ethical and sustainable way
Nice to haves:
CIPD Level 5 or above qualification
Experience working in a digital healthcare company
