🤔 About the Role:
Are you a marketing maven with a flair for strategy and a love for creative campaigns? As our Full-Time Senior Marketing Manager, you’ll lead the charge in crafting exciting marketing initiatives that not only elevate our brand but also engage and inspire our audience. You’ll report directly to our co-Founder, Will Gao, and you will have autonomy executing and supporting the delivery of our commercial strategy to grow and maintain PCNs and ICSs contracts. This involves owning, developing and implementing marketing strategies to increase our brand awareness and driving commercial activity. You’ll have an impact by enabling Suvera to transform proactive healthcare delivery and beyond as we scale!
Our Marketing team sits within the Commercial department and you’ll cross-collaborate across all of its functions, including Partnerships and Client Success, to share insights that improve our client offerings for growth and retention. No two days will be the same and every project will be an opportunity to shine! This role would suit an individual who is hands-on, data driven and wants to grow alongside us as we scale. This role is compensated with a base salary between £50-65k per annum (depending on experience and qualifications).

Suvera is a digital health start-up on a mission to keep people in good health wherever they are in the world. We partner with general practices in the UK to deliver a virtual clinic that proactively supports the management of patients with long-term conditions. Today, we manage over 40,000 patients and have a robust pipeline to more than 10x that by the end of 2023. We have merely scratched the surface for what we can do for both clinical operations and chronic care pathways.
We have a team of phenomenal advisors, including Professor Bryan Williams who is the chair of Medicine at UCL and the man behind high blood pressure guidelines for the UK. We are a small (c. 50 people) cross-functional team from all backgrounds, and have our our own internal Care Team which employs both clinicians and care advisors.

đź’» What you'll be doing:

Execute and continue to develop a data-driven UK leading marketing strategy
- Use data to analyse successful channels, optimise messaging, and adapt marketing tactics for maximum effectiveness.
- Provide a data-driven approach for analysis of successful channels and messaging for stakeholder materials. Being adaptable and optimising tactics with data-driven decision making.
- Build scalable systems for consistent lead generation (MQLs, SQLs, and Closed Wons) to meet revenue targets.

Client retention and expansion
- Strengthen relationships with partners through initiatives that allow for clear communication and establish Suvera’s presence with partners wider staff allowing for a smooth delivery of our service.
- Build the Suvera community of partners through events, both remote and in-future, in person, to continuously add value to the partners that we serve.
- Develop and execute innovative strategies along with client success for regular, candid feedback and practice visits to improve our understanding of our clients problems and how to address them.

Brand management
- Build Suvera's brand to align with our core mission of keeping patients in good health whilst aligning focus with our stakeholders (commissioners, patients). You’ll be the mastermind behind our marketing vision!
- Work cross-functionally to enhance our brand and culture to attract top-quality talent to apply and work at Suvera.

đź‘€ We're looking for someone who is:
- Data-driven with an ability to create and interpret reports to adjust marketing tactics for growth and to craft bespoke campaigns for audiences.
- Skilled in using CRM tools, in particular HubSpot or similar.
- Previously experience in leading and delivery B2B marketing strategies, a bonus if its within the healthcare sector (NHS).
- Excited about being involved with transforming the future of healthcare delivery for patients with long-term conditions
- Analytical mindset with emphasis on data-driven decision making
- Organised and adaptable, able to juggle changing priorities and differing client needs
- Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken with the ability to communicate effectively
- A friendly, positive attitude
- A proactive mindset, continually using your initiative to drive work forward
- A confident manner in interacting with partners across various formats
- Ability to work under pressure
- A good team player with sound judgement and decision making skills
