Partnerships Manager (25% OTE uncapped)
đź’ś What makes this role special
The Partnerships Manager will own and grow Suvera's B2B partnership pipeline - taking relationships from first contact through to close and building the kind of trusted, long-term connections that underpin our commercial growth.
You'll be confident running demos, progressing deals with minimal support, and managing a pipeline end-to-end. You understand the NHS primary care landscape, you know how to listen before you pitch, and you're motivated by hitting and exceeding targets.
You'll work closely with the CCO, absorbing increasing responsibility across the commercial team and helping to shape how we go to market as Suvera scales.
Reports to: Co-Founder and Commercial Director, Will Gao
Compensation: ÂŁ40,000-ÂŁ50,000 (plus 25% OTE bonus uncapped )
Please note that a Disclosure will be requested in the event that you are successful and are offered & accept a role with Suvera. The DBS Code of Practice which governs these checks can be found here.
đź‘‹ About Suvera:
Suvera is transforming healthcare with a mission to power early care for everyone. Partnering with UK general practices, we deliver technology and care that leverage AI to transform care in the community, close to patients, starting with those living with long-term conditions. Currently, we manage over 300,000 patients. Our ambitions are global, and we're just getting started.
Our advisors include luminaries like Professor Bryan Williams, a leader in high blood pressure research and guidelines in the UK. We are a diverse team of about 60 people, including clinicians, care advisors, and experts across various disciplines.
Backed by Google for Startups and Morningside Ventures, Suvera is poised to become a global leader in healthcare.
đź’» What you'll be doing :
On your best days, you'll be running a sharp demo that converts, progressing a deal you've nurtured from cold outreach to close, and finishing the week with a clear view of where your pipeline stands and exactly what you're doing next.
On your toughest days, you might be working through a stalled deal, navigating a complex stakeholder landscape, or building relationships in a market segment that's new to you. But you'll have the support of the Senior Partnerships Lead and CCO and you'll have real visibility of the impact your work has on over 100,000 patients.
The core asks of your role: Closing Deals and finding new deals, without just relying upon inbound interest. This is broken down into:
Owning the pipeline end-to-end:
Actively prospecting for new clients and business opportunities through research and analysis of the NHS primary care market
Running outbound campaigns across phone, email and LinkedIn, maintaining strong daily activity and keeping relationships warm
Managing your pipeline autonomously from first contact through to signed partner, tracking leads, following up, and closing deals against targets
Upselling and cross-selling Suvera's products and services as client relationships develop
Running client conversations with confidence:
Proactively building and maintaining positive relationships with potential and existing partners
Demonstrating strong product knowledge across Suvera's full suite and using it to create meaningful, tailored client conversations
Running demos and client calls with growing confidence and autonomy — adapting your approach to the person you're talking to
Using our lead qualification frameworks to ensure the right clients are moving through the funnel at the right pace
Keeping the funnel healthy:
Scheduling and progressing client meetings, proactively preventing leads from stalling
Maintaining accurate CRM records and contributing to pipeline reporting for the leadership team
Supporting with partner contracts, grant applications and other commercial documentation as needed
Contributing to how we sell:
Working with the Senior Partnerships Lead and CCO to share client feedback and emerging themes
Helping to refine outreach materials, pitch decks and the Partnerships playbook as the market evolves
Identifying relevant industry events, conferences and networking opportunities to grow Suvera's presence
đź‘€ We're looking for someone who:
as experience in a B2B sales or partnerships role and a track record of hitting targets - you've owned a pipeline before and you know what it takes to move deals forward
Is confident running client calls and demos independently, not just booking them
Has a good understanding of the NHS primary care landscape - including funding, commissioning structures, and how GP practices and PCNs make decisions
Is comfortable with CRM tools (we use HubSpot) and uses data to manage and prioritise their pipeline
Communicates clearly and builds rapport quickly - written, spoken and in a room (or on a call)
Is self-motivated and target-driven, with the resilience to keep going when deals take time
Is genuinely excited about Suvera's mission and wants to grow with the company
Nice to haves:
Experience in healthtech, digital health or life sciences
Familiarity with lead qualification frameworks like BANT or MEDDIC
Experience contributing to sales playbooks or outreach materials
🤔 About the Partnerships Team
Our Partnerships team is Suvera's commercial engine - responsible for bringing new GP practices, PCNs and technology partners onto the platform and building the relationships that drive our growth. The team operates with a high degree of autonomy and works closely with the CCO, running outbound campaigns, managing complex sales cycles, and continuously improving how we go to market. As Partnerships Manager, you'll be the owner of your pipeline - with clear sight of how your work contributes to Suvera's commercial targets and the support of an experienced Senior Partnerships Lead who is invested in your development and success.
🌎 About our culture:
At Suvera, our culture isn’t an afterthought, it underpins everything we do. Our values shape how we build, collaborate and show up for patients, partners and each other.
We’re hybrid, with flexibility. Where practical, we come together in our London office two days a week for intentional collaboration, and the rest of the time we trust you to work however you do your best work.
Ideas win, not titles. We’re non-hierarchical when it comes to design, tech and process, so if you’ve got a better way, we want to hear it.
Everyone at Suvera works side by side, because bringing different backgrounds together is how we get to better answers, and better representation leads to better care.
Wellbeing comes first, and our playbooks are built around it. Above all, we value curiosity, ownership and compassion, and we’re building a workplace where ambitious, thoughtful people can do their best work in a way that genuinely matters.
