Head of Operations
London-based / Hybrid (minimum 1 days in the office per week)
£80,000-£90,000 DOE FTE
We’re looking for a Head of Operations to lead an effective and efficient scaling of our operational backbone at Suvera. This role will be responsible for ensuring that our day-to-day operations, leading both care and business operations.
You’ll be the person who connects strategy to execution, translating company priorities into clear plans, processes, and measurable outcomes to deliver them. Working closely with every team lead more specifically the CEO, Care team, Finance and Partnerships. You’ll ensure Suvera continues to scale efficiently while maintaining high quality for both our patients and our partners.
This is a hands-on, high-impact role for someone who loves building structure, driving improvement and automating processes to deliver outstanding results in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment. Within a year there is an expectation for this person to become Operations Director for the business!

💻 What you’ll be doing
As Head of Operations, you will:
- Drive Care Ops Efficiency: Oversee and continuously optimise the delivery of our care services ensuring patient care is consistent and efficient improving year after year across care operations and clinical workflows.
- Co-deliver Partner success: Work closely with our client success team to ensure we meet performance targets, manage SLAs, and deliver on partner targets.
- Scale Business Ops process and systems: Strengthen internal systems and processes by identifying operational bottlenecks and design scalable, repeatable processes to support Suvera’s growth and service expansion.
- Ops team leadership: Manage and mentor the Operations team to provide strong proactive leadership to the team, ensuring clarity, accountability, and strong communication across functions.
- Oversee Leadership Effectiveness: Partner with the CEO and executive team to translate company vision and mission into clear KPIs and metrics that we tack and optimise throughout the company
👀 We’re looking for someone who:
Must have:
- 3+ years of experience in Operations, ideally within a fast growth startup or healthtech environment
- Strong track record in building and scaling operational teams, ideally across Customer Support and Client Success
- A bias for action, with a hands-on approach and the ability to operate strategically and tactically
- A data-driven mindset, able to define, track, and analyse operational KPIs
- Simple communicator who can build strong relationships across teams
- Passionate about healthcare innovation and making a real-world impact
Nice to have:
- Experience working with Clinical teams or healthcare delivery models
- Familiarity with tools such as Notion, GSuite, and data reporting platforms
